Personal support in coaching

There are several reasons why a person decides to seek personal support from coaching. Generally speaking, a lack of clarity is one of the main reasons people purchase coaching services. The need for support may relate to life changes or crisis situations, clarifying career goals, developing leadership skills, relationship or workplace challenges, decision-making moments, stress management, pursuing better health or wealth, and situations requiring an increase in both self-esteem and courage.

Although motivations for seeking coaching can vary greatly, clients usually see positive results in various areas of life. How?

Coaching is conducted either face-to-face or virtually, based on the client’s preferred schedule and desired number of sessions. A written agreement is drafted for the coaching engagement.

The methods used primarily include coaching conversations, various assessment and visualization tools, experiential exercises, relaxation and visualization exercises, and writing exercises. Client preferences regarding the techniques used in coaching are taken into account.
