High Performance Basic Coaching is for individuals interested in and needing to develop themselves, promote their goals systematically, and find more effective ways in the present towards optimal performance in both work and personal life.
What/How?
Coaching is conducted as agreed, either face-to-face or virtually, either once a week (total duration: 12 weeks) or every other week (total duration: 24 weeks). Between coaching sessions, homework assignments are given to enhance learning and insight, thereby improving results.
The coaching is primarily conducted as individual coaching, but it can also be slightly adapted for small groups.
